Sports can mess up with your perspective.
To some, sports is like a religion. For them, if their team is performing well, they look forward to the day with gusto, and have a noticeable pep in their step. In contrast, if their team is losing, the pain can be unbearable. 
Fashion trends change so fast, and it’s interesting how old fads are often recycled. For example who would have thought that flares/ bell-bottoms would make a comeback.
